Lenny Gallo, LMT LCSW
From the clinical precision of deep tissue and trigger point therapy to the soothing flow of Swedish massage, Lenny brings a well-rounded and deeply informed approach to bodywork. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, he has trained extensively in a variety of modalities and blends them seamlessly to meet each client’s unique needs.

Lenny’s journey into massage therapy began with his own healing—after experiencing firsthand the benefits of regular treatment for chronic back issues (thanks to his therapist, Bo), he was inspired to pursue the path himself.

His professional background spans traditional spa environments as well as more clinically focused settings, most notably his work at Howard Brown Health in Chicago, where he provided therapeutic support to individuals living with HIV. His training has included guidance from top educators at The Chicago School of Massage Therapy and The North Jersey Institute.

Since graduating, Lenny has remained a committed member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and has maintained his national certification through the NCBTMB. He is also a Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner (CMCP), further expanding his toolkit for holistic healing.

In addition to massage, Lenny is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW, Fordham University) and continues to dedicate his life to supporting others through both physical and emotional healing.
